Multiple Flash Image Bank
The effect of multiple arms from the multiple flash setting is really effective, the main body of the woman is a little out of focus but her face is totally in focus, she has stayed almost perfectly still apart from the movement of her arms, this is how the effect is created. For every movement with her arms she has rotated her wrist in the opposite direction giving an almost religious feel to the image, she covers a 360 degree radius.
The multiple flash in this image captures a woman in a leotard taking a long lunge or step, the frame is effective as it emphasises the distance she covers. I like how the movements overlap, how many times the subject has been captured in this image, really fills the whole shot showing every little movement making up the whole lunge.
This image details the changes in facial expression, the man contorts his face in to all a manner of shapes and expressions. I like how the multiple flash means that at each shoulder his bodies overlap giving the sense thatches one body, showing the adverse of feelings humans ares capable of, making him seem manic and changing, this is definitely an art shot.
The colour of the sky in the backdrop of the image helps to merge with the skater as he is wearing a similar coloured t-shirt of blue, this also contrasts with the purple sky, due to the vibrance of the colour of the sky the multiple flash seems to create each individual snap of the skater as almost white washed, this gives a cool effect merging the colours of the subject and the backdrop together.
Unlike the last images this is of a man moving closer to the camera, making for two pictures of the subject further away from the camera and of course appearing smaller, this gives an interesting effect, I also like the overexposed look of the images, this is due to how close the man is to the camera and the fact that it has been taken inside a house. The colour sod what he is wearing and the walls match and contrast in the same sort of colours, the setting gives a very nostalgic feeling to the shot.
